Gullane Coffee Morning Success

Social Event Raises £££’s for Kipawa

The young people of Gullane have done it again, with another successful fundraising event under their belts!

Rachel Jones and her fellow Kipawa supporters baked up a storm for the summer coffee morning they held on August 16th at Gullane’s Recreation Hall. From preparing a mouth-watering selection of sweet treats to securing an amazing array of raffle prizes - including a coffee machine and a crock-pot, both donated by Tesco - the team put on a brilliant event.

By the end of the day they’d raised over £300 for the children we support in Kenya, a brilliant achievement and very much appreciated by us all here at the Kipawa team.

Very well done and a massive thank you to them all.
